One of your errors was...
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at "0x%08lx" referenced memory at "0x%08lx". The memory could not be "%s".
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT
BUGCHECK_STR: 0x3B
IMAGE_NAME: afd.sys

Four of your errors are:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses.
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT
BUGCHECK_STR: 0xD1
IMAGE_NAME: afd.sys

Since all point to afd.sys, I would suggest...
1. Run this comand from command prompt to see if all files on your system are correct, not corrupt: sfc /scannnow
2. Check your Memory with Memtest... https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic62524.html
3. Make sure your Drivers are updated... see if you find any with yellow or red flags in your System Properties | Hardware | Device Manager.
4. Check for Malware... https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/
Before doing # 4, be sure to read the stickies by Julio (first three notes at the top of the page) here... https://www.techspot.com/vb/menu28.html

since windows 7 is not officially out, this is probably a driver compatability error. Support will be limited until 7 is officially released.

no, i do mean windows 7!
and its my graphics card.. x1950pro
beccause my computer is still running (music still playing) just that the graphics card drivers dont work properly?
and is there anyway to fix it?
its windows 7 RC, so it should be fully supported, and the ati website has dropped support for this now 'outdated graphics card' although its quite new!
thanks for your help everyone btw, esp B00KWyrm!

Download the latest driver for the X1950Pro that is certified to work with Windows 7, or at least, VISTA version 2.0

i have tried, but it still causes the error... what if i install the XPDM drivers? i know they are stable, does anyone know how to install them? i get stuck with the error 'the drivers aren't for the operating system' but on microsoft it says windows 7 supports manual installation of them!
thanks
