Windows Boot problem! stuck on boot screen help plz

I have situasion like this. (I have ati radeon x550)
i siple reboot pc in safe mode and remove some ati driver (in add/remove) after uninstal hydravision (this be one part of ati driver) PC normal starting without problems (after that i need install video driver, but this be better than reinstall windows

well do a thing go to the run command and type msconfig a window will open in this window go to the services tab an find a service named background intelligent service disable this service and then on the bottom of the tab you will see a check box hide all microsoft services check this box then if you see some servicec still click on disable all and restart.you are done.
