Windows Defender driving me mad

Hi,Can anybody tell me how i can get rid of the annoying message that Windows defender has been turned off.Also what keeps turning it off after i have turned it on and on rebooting its off again.Regards Martin.

Martin, are you using AVG 9.0? It is notorious for disabling Windows Defender.

I was but i have uninstalled it i have heard about that,but its still the same.Regards Martin.
