Windows fire wont turn off tired all ways

hi guys i realy need help i tired allways but my firewall wont turn off the problem is that the tab which turn off the firewall is not visable and in the other obtion not hilighted i am stuck with it it creates lots of problems anyone plz tel me how to turn it off tnx

thnx man but the problem is that the tab which turns off the firewall or the button which is labled as off is not visable i added a screenshot of my firewall settings window in my post check that out ok
and tel me a way to deal with it plz

are you the system administrator? If not, you may not have the admin rights
