Windows Freeze at Startup New SATA

Bought a SATA Raptor 10kRPM. Anywho I start windows and it has the loading screen and either freezes at the loading screen or goes to a black screen and freezes there (I can hear the HDD just turn off). Anywho I reset and start in safe mode then restart and it will then work just fine. Any help to fix this problem would be awesome thanks in advance.

Try to go into Safe mode (or normal mode if you can access it) and open My Computer. Right click your drive and select properties. Click the tool tab and select "Error Checking". Check the box that says automatically fix errors, and hit ok. It will prompt you to restart, let it reboot and run the disk check and see if it helps. Post results here.
