Windows has recovered from serious error.

Hi All,
I need your help, Recently my Laptop (dell inspiron 6400 ) started giving me this error. I restored the system to restore point almost 3 weeks back. But still the same. Dont know whats been happening. Its just dumps the files and I have noticed that windows is loading slowly.

thanks a lot kimsland, I followed your sugessions and update the driver. But I still receive the error and dumps. windows still loading slow, attached is the dump file.

Still says driver fault from your graphics card, whilst using Internet Explorer.
