Windows live onecare

i downloaded windows live onecare and i cant turn the antivirus on. this is everything i have done to do to fix the problem:

-restarted MSMPSVC
-reinstalled Hot Fix KB914882
- used this program
http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/a/5/3a55dc68-6466-43e8-b886-f6e1ab829d12/OneCareCleanup.exe
to uninstall it and reinstalled windows live onecare.

thats weird! it worked fine for me. Try going to help in the top right corner, then windows live onecare help, then launch instant support, and search your problem. good luck! -Nick
