Hi there,

I just installed a new copy of xp on my computer, It loaded fine but when I start up the computer and try to go to the start menu it freezes and I can't go any further. Its a 20g 900mhz, pent III, 256 ram. Any ideas?

How do I rest the ram and hard drive, Whats the best way to do so?

For the hard disc go to the maker's web site. You should find some test utility there. For the memory you can get memtest here.

Run it for 7 passes.
