Hello…
I got a quick question regarding an XP Professional installation. I have 2 HD’s with one running Windows Me and the other running XP Professional. Due to numerous crashes/lock-ups, I decided to start fresh with just one HD. I took out the one that had Windows Me on it and used the other HD. I formatted the HD and tried to do a fresh install of XP Professional. The CD copied the setup files and everything needed to do the install but after it does that and attempts to finish installing, I get the following error message:
Can’t access multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition1
NTDLR can’t access multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition1
