Windows XP & Red Alert Counterstrike

  1. I'm having troubles installing Command & Conquer:Red Alert - Counterstrike on Windows XP Home.

I have the original Red Alert installed and working with the patch: Compatibility Mode=Win95 & Thipx32.dll patch.
The original Red Alert is in C:\westwood\ra95

When I put in the Counterstrike 95 CD, it gives me the error about being windows 5.1, so I enabled Windows 95 compatibility mode on every .exe file on the CD. (all the setup files and game files)

Now when I try to install, the installer loads (it takes forever), then says
    "unable to load setup files.."

    Anybody know what's going on?
