Windows XP user Account

Dear Friends,

I am facing a small problem.

I have XP OS, before I only had a admin user without a password,
I have created a new account as admin accidently. Now in user accounts I have this account and the Guest only. Is there any method to regain
my previous desktop & user back.

Please help

You could try just remaking the user, and if the old files in documents and settings are there, try renaming them to the new user or just copy them into the new users folder.
