I was going on my computer to do something and when I turned it on it said that no user account has been found even though I already set up a user account a week ago and it looks like windows reset EVERYTHING my games and apps are still there but they act like they were never downloaded my drive still has the same storage left on it but it says that I need to install them and it won't install because the stuff is already installed so most of my apps and games won't open this is the first pc I have ever built and I would really appreciate it if you could help me. I know this probably isn't a drive problem because beforehand there was only one user account. Only my files and microsoft edge work (the new edge)pls help me
