Would anyone know the name of this software?

I have a virus right now that I cannot delete, it's being used by a process of which I don't know.

I remember using a tool/program at work that had a Magic Wand icon, to indicate which Process it was being used by and gave an option to Shut it down - does anyone recall the name of this software?
