Would this be a good video card?

Mostly agree, but Corsair and OCZ are just rebadged cheapos with no special technology... just cheap Chinese power supplies highly promoted by sales whizzes to appear to be special. They are not. They work ok, but they are NOT in the same league with PCP&C, or Antec.

No they are not; if you don't know what you're talking about, then don't say anything. Corsair Memory is of high performance. They are a very trusted brand among computer builders (I have 1Gb of it). What makes you say this?

i have the 7600 gt from evga and it is pretty good for gaming. i can set everything to high in call of duty 2. check around you might be able to find it for 100 dollars at circuitcity.

as for power supplies check outpost.com for the ultra 500w its 40 dollars free shipping and a rebate as well so its less or free.

i got the 400 watt and it works fine except im still waiting on the rebate (since october).

Oh c'mon everyone. Again, read carefully!, don't misinterpret.

Corsair and OCZ both make RAM and PSUs, so it was hard to determine which products he's talking about in the first line.

However, when he expressed how PC Power & Cooling and Antec are superior brands, this proves he was obviously talking about PSU's when he mentioned Corsair and OCZ, since PCP&C and Antec don't make RAM!!

Why would someone compare brands that make RAM to brands that make PSUs?? Of course he was talking about Corsair and OCZ's line of PSUs, and not their RAM...

This was just some clarification..;)

On a side note, this seems to keep getting overlooked so I will say it once more:

When recommending a PSU, keep in mind the form factor of delfofthebla's Gateway PC case!! It's not ATX!!

I don't know about Corsair, but OCZ does NOT make crappy PSUs. Their new GameXStream line has been created in tandem with FSP, who are a high-quality maker of PSUs. I have an OCZ 700W GameXStream and it is a superb-quality PSU that can handle anything you throw at it, is very stable under high load (see my system specs to understand what I'm talking about) and looks very cool too, not to forget the fact that it doesn't blow the bank as do similar Antec and PC Power & Cooling PSUs.

Yeah I agree with Rage, the new OCZ GameXStream PSU is awesome, I use in all my builds and they run awesome!! :D

Sony televisions are assembled in Malaysia and that doesn't make them complete ****! Hell, even the Apple iPod Shuffle I have says "Made in China" and it's the most popular MP3 player around!
