XP Pro password

Does anyone know a way to get into windows XP without the logon password.
The reason for asking is because I reloaded windows onto a laptop a few days ago and their 13 year old son put a password on the administrator account and has now forgotten what it is
Normally I would boot into safe mode as administrator and change the password that way, but because the only account is the administrator I can't do that.
Has anyone any suggestions because i don't really want to reload windows again.
