yet another problem

I finally figured out how to install the Radeon X1300 Pro AGP card but now at the top of my screen there are lines, how do I get rid of them?

I think you have a resolution problem. how big is your monitor. your monitor may not support the resolution that you card is set to, or vise versa.

Install the newest drivers and try adjusting resolutions.

Yeah the monitor is pretty old, it was the refresh rate that was bothering it. Thank you all for your replies
