I am getting a message on my laptop "Your computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware infection It is recommended to use special antispyware...." and I am unable to log on to the internet. I'm not sure what to do at this point. My laptop has Windows XP. If someone can please help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

When you are finished running the 3 programs, attach the 3 logs.
IF you have a flash drive, you can download the programs to that, then install them on the problem computer.
You might also try using Safe Mode.
