Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has signed an agreement with rival Motorola Inc to share mobile technology. The cross-license agreement is the latest move by the companies to try and avoid expensive legal disputes over intellectual property. Samsung, which made the announcement in a filing to the Korea Exchange, said it was not allowed to release details or terms of the agreement.
