There's a few benchmarks about some Ballistix CAS3 sticks that are now available from Crucial. Memory is just memory, but the high latency of DDR2 makes it unattractive to some. With a rating comparable to DDR, these CL3 sticks at 333Mhz really show that DDR2 can shine, given the opportunity, and that perhaps it really is the way to go for future expansion. With DDR2 AMD platforms on the horizon we can expect to see some screaming performance out of RAM as the clockspeeds are ramped up. The article does show some results from overclocking, which we don't see much of with DDR2 yet.
