Due to some issues with patches for particular security vulnerabilities recently, Apple has again updated OS X with another patch... for the patch. The 2006-002 patch, in some configurations, caused network connectivity issues as well as other network-related problems due to a problem with installation. If you are using OS X and have noticed these issues, the fix is available as of yesterday.
