If you've been trying out the Firefox 2.0 Beta, you've likely noticed how it automatically flags certain sites and warns you that someone may be up to no good. The anti-phishing features built into the browser seem to work well, and have been receiving praise from the community so far. What's interesting about the beta in general is that the majority of the new features added have been things that are currently popular as extensions in Firefox 1.5. One feature I've found very interesting in my own use is session restore, especially since I often like to come back to the same set of pages later, even across a restart. Opera does this currently, but it's nice to see it being moved to other platforms. Obviously, the dev team is looking to give people exactly what they want out of the box, especially with the increasing pressure from Microsoft.
