In an update to today's earlier report about lawyer Jack Thompson seeking an injunction against the unreleased game "Bully", today in court the Judge ruled against him. While the decision is to be lauded, what makes it more interesting is that the Judge apparently played the game before he made the ruling, and came to his own conclusion:
Niero called, saying that the judge will not prohibit the the sale of Bully. In the time that he played the game, the judge said that he did not see anything so violent that would require the game to be held from being shipped. The judge and Take Two employee used a cheat code in order to skip around in the game.
So, without much fuss, it seems that Take Two got their way and things will go as planned for the game release. Until next time, that is.
