Attendees at last week's Maker Faire Austin were in for a treat as ArcAttack, a musical act that harnesses the power of Tesla coils to make music, put on a live performance. Now, thanks to Make senior editor Caleb Kraft, you can watch their full set on YouTube... in 360 degrees.

In addition to playing music and educating the crowd, ArcAttack even invited onlookers to dance inside a Faraday case as it is blasted with tens of thousands of volts.

If you've never seen a Tesla coil in action, they're certainly interesting and a bit terrifying. Video, even the 360-degree variety, doesn't do it justice.
