The Corsair Katar Pro XT is easily one of the best budget gaming mice on the market by matching comfortable design, great functionality, and competitive price. Just don't expect many premium features.

I do have to commend Corsair on going with a drag-reducing paracord cable. This makes all of the difference when it comes to a lightweight gaming mouse. It would be nice to see Corsair come out with an esports focused lightweight gaming mouse. Go for lighter weight, better feet, etc. To me this just seems like an OK inexpensive gaming mouse.

If you play badly using the Katar Pro XT you've nobody to blame but yourself. No it doesn't have a light up logo nor huge selection of customisable buttons, but what it lacks in flash and flair it makes up for by having one of the nicest cables we've felt and a truly spectacular sensor at a tremendously affordable price. It's light, responsive and the perfect choice if you prefer the main body of your rodent to be slightly smaller than average.

In terms of features, the Corsair Katar Pro XT is an unadventurous gaming mouse, but it'll prove attractive if you prefer a non-standard grip.
