Benchmarks: HD Tune Pro

The HD Tune Pro random read test shows the Vertex 2 Pro easily outclassing the other SSDs in all five tests.

The HD Tune Pro random write test provided an interesting result when measuring the 512 bytes performance. Here the OCZ Vertex 2 Pro was 31% slower than the G.Skill Falcon II, while it was 3.8x faster than the original Vertex.

Still the 4KB test saw the Vertex 2 Pro take charge once again as it beat the Falcon II by a 43% margin while it was almost 5 times faster than the Vertex. The 1MB test saw the Vertex 2 Pro race further ahead of the Falcon II and lead the original Vertex by a 52% performance margin.
