i don't know what to do, i was adding a hardware for wireless internet and then suddenly my computer turned off and went on back and then i saw the blue screen... im now in safe mode does some1 know what to do

if you are in safe mode, go back to control panel and unistall what ever you did, then reboot your computer and it should be ok
