  1. Hey over the last month i have kept getting blue screens.

at first i tought it was caused by WoW, but then it happend when i wasnt playing WoW.

Here some of my computer specs:

    Manufacturer:
    ECS

    Processor:
    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs)

    Memory:
    2048MB RAM

    Hard Drive:
    500 GB

    Video Card:
    NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

    Operating system:
Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236)

    AV: Kaspersky Anti Virus 2009

    Firewall: ZoneAlarm Pro

    Blue screen message:

    BAD_POOL_CALLER

    *** STOP: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007 , 0x00000CD4 , 0x02130013 , 0x89000670) (Not sure of the last number)

    More parameters:

    *** STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000007, 0x00000CD4, 0x020600BD, 0x8924DA00)

I tried updating my graphic driver, didnt work, tired installing SP3, didnt work, so i formatted my computer, installed SP3, Kaspersky and Zonealarm again and the problem occoured once again.

after i rebooted my comp after this recent blue screen i got the message windows have been restored from a critical error or something like that and in the error it said:

    Signature:
    BCCode : c2 BCP1 : 00000007 BCP2 : 00000CD4 BCP3 : 02060007
    BCP4 : 8953B3A0 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

    Files included in the report:
    C:\DOCUME~1\RICHAR~1\LOKALE~1\Temp\WER681b.dir00\Mini121308-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\RICHAR~1\LOKALE~1\Temp\WER681b.dir00\sysdata.xml

When i think about it the blue screens started around the time when i installed ZoneAlarm

it seems the problem have stopped after uninstalling both Kaspersky and Zonealarm and after some research i found out kaspersky and zonealarm can cause the system to crash and go in a blue screen
