I tried updating my graphic driver, didnt work, tired installing SP3, didnt work, so i formatted my computer, installed SP3, Kaspersky and Zonealarm again and the problem occoured once again.

after i rebooted my comp after this recent blue screen i got the message windows have been restored from a critical error or something like that and in the error it said:

When i think about it the blue screens started around the time when i installed ZoneAlarm

I uninstalled ZoneAlarm and everything went smooth but then i got the same old blue screen... Bad_Pool_caller

it seems the problem have stopped after uninstalling both Kaspersky and Zonealarm and after some research i found out kaspersky and zonealarm can cause the system to crash and go in a blue screen
