I have installed Temp file cleaner, secunia and file hippo, and also read through and completed your other steps. My computer seems to be fine, NO virus messages at all. I've got malwarebytes and avg up and running in the background and everything is running smoothly =) will be running temp file cleaner and secunia weekly as stated.
