    PCI Fan is the subject
    All the other stuff can be removed

    Don't matter, I've reported the non relevant posts for deletion
    Zipperman tries to support a lot, but I'm not so sure sometimes :)

    You want to put it next to where the heatsink is so below it. Make sure the fan side is facing the GPU heatsink. Try putting it in the slot directly under the GPU.
