Either try to crack the password by entering some default password codes, like 12345 or admin, something to that effect... or you'll need to crack the thing open and reset the jumpers on the motherboard to reset the BIOS. Or, flash your BIOS and update it, but I'm not sure if you would need the password to do that, but I doubt it. Why do you need to get into the BIOS anyways?
