Keyboard freeze - winxp - A7V333

I have a somewhat different KB related problem but i dont know if it deserves its own thread or not... When gaming mainly, if i press more than 3 buttons at a time my PC internal speaker beeps and the kb only reads like 2 of the buttons. This is extremely annoying when playing games like Far Cry and i need to diagonally run (W+A+shift) then jump so 4 buttons. Any idea why my PC cant seem to handle this? I have the Logitech Black Internet KB, Windows XP with SP1, and the KB is plugged in through the PS2 port. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
