The user’s browser should allow ActiveX controls in order to use NetDirect client. Enable ActiveX controls in the user’s PC browser (Internet Explorer 6.0 in this case).
a) Launch web browser.
b) Navigating Tools->Internet Options->Security tab->Select Internet zone->Custom Level…
c) Enable Download signed ActiveX controls. Leave the rest at the default settings.
d) Click OK.
e) On the Warning to confirm the settings click Yes.
f) In the Internet Options window click OK.
