That is a good idea however, for new members asking questions I can imagine how it might be hard to filter out the 'idiotic' and potentially harmful responses. Or to avoid people commonly known as giving these types of responses.

The post count isn't much of a guide is it =/

Ehh, you can be here for a month or so and figure out who knows anything at all. I've filtered about 10 members personally.

@red1776 yes I know, i hope they can figure out a system that works. Maybe the person posting could in fact put a placemarker on the thread with something like "solved" highlighting the persons name who helped them along with the answer to their question.

*In my opinion* and from current situtations I wouldn't recommend a laptop for gaming for multiple reasons...

1) you won't get the best proformance as say a desktop or console
2) upgrading it cost more and is a bit more complicated
3)unless you get an additional keyboard it really makes for an aggravating experience

*also hey if you might have said "I can just buy a mouse and keyboard" then your halfway to a desktop anyway, just gets ya one!*

I have and do feel from my own gaming when it comes to what to use conosoles are just easier. Maintence is easy, upgrading is easy and adjusting the settings are easier.

Note* I have a "Gaming Laptop" that was beast just a year ago and is now blah! Only if someone would have told me "No Mike don't do it, just go get you a new gaming desktop!!"

Michael

P.S. there is a program out there called Gamebooster on I think it's the "Major Geeks" website that can help reduce how much RAM your PC is wasting on other programs while you are playing games. Example: It frees almost 700MB of RAM when I have it on.(which more RAM =better FPS usually)
