Problem after DOUBLE blackout!!
0x24 Stop, VAX347B.sys error, windows won't start
This all happened after windows was shut off twice by getting the power cut off. Thanks, dad...
ok, when i turn on my computer, it asks how I want to boot (safe mode, normal, etc). No matter which one I choose, it goes into a blue screen (usually right after the little windows splash screen pops up). If i choose safemode, it starts listing a bunch of drivers, then the screen disapeers for a second or two, and then it comes back to the list of drivers, and at the bottom it says something like "Loading VAX347b.sys, Press ESC to cancel", then, after a few seconds, it goes to a blue screen.
When i boot in normal mode, I get this:
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x83B64098, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)
When I do safemode, and get the VAX347b.sys thing, it says this:
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x833D3820, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)
So what do I do? I've looked around, but haven't been able to figure out what to do.
Btw, i searched google, and i guess VAX347b.sys is part of Alcohol 120% (which has been installed on my computer for about 3 years with no problems).
