actually (remember, I'm not in the USA or an American citizen) I recall there were several items that were 'chargeable' (sorry, not a lawyer either). Hillary has been in government a long, long time, plus then there is Bill Clinton and his many friends. That means she wields a lot of clout even if not in office. Just the classified info sent thru her personal e-mail server would have gotten you or me in front of a judge.
Well first off it needs to be pointed out that having a private server as secretary of state in and of itself isn't a violation of any law. In addition, having any work emails on your server is still not a violation of the law, merely a violation of protocol (which doesn't carry an official punishment).
Now Hillary would have had a problem if they had found highly classified information, the only problem is they only found a handful of emails of the lowest classification possible, which isn't punishable by jailtime or anything serious.
It is pretty obvious that Comey was not one to play favorites, if he had found something on Hillary there is no doubt he would opt to prosecute. If anything, for being in government as long as she has, if the worst they could come up with is a few emails of the lowest classification, then she's obvious;y following the rules 99.9% of the time. Right now half the Trump administration has private email servers. Are they under investigation for it? The double standard is funny, the same people who cried that Hillary has a private email server and they absolutely MUST investigate it have a problem with them "wasting time" on the millions of connections Trump have to Russia.
