4 viruses dectected, cant be deleted?

Scanned with norton, found 4 viruses-infostealer.gampass, backdoor.trojan, trojan.horst, and w32.spybot.worm.

Nortons instructions dont make sense to me.

already changed passwords for ebay and paypal.
