8 step results

Hi

Would anyone have a spare moment to look at my logs after running the 8 steps please? My computer is running very slow and I am concerned that I have the remnants of an infostealer trojan on it.

You need to update the scans before running them
Please update Malwarebytes, and run another Quick scan, and post the log

Also you have many Windows Startups (30 of them)
And you are using Symantec Antivirus, which comes with many startups
This is likely why its slow

Doh, sorry about that - that update slipped through the net - I've updated Malwarebytes and uploaded the new scan.

Hi I'm not a favorite of Symantec (Norton) Antivirus
There are just so many startups and I feel it doesn't protect adequately anyway (ie you're infected)
If it's nearing the end of the paid subscription, I'd uninstall it, then run the > Norton Removal Tool

Then download and install and update to Free Avira Antivirus
Then run a full updated scan

Otherwise I must request that you do an > online scan
