8 Steps the aftermath - Antivirus XP

Hello, I just had the AntivirusXP virus on my computer, so naturally I followed the 8 Steps which seemed to help.

Task manager is functioning, slowdown is removed

However, I still have popups asking me to install "Spyware 360" or something similar, and I cannot access websites from firefox.

So the 8 steps clearly did not clear the entire infection. Any idea as to what steps I should take next?

If your system is deeply invaded by Antivirus 360 nothing may help outside of a format and OS reinstall. Look here for more help:
