Bottom line is corporations will do anything for money. Don't anthropomorphize them.

The only reputation a corporation deserves is to be expected to whatever a particular situation suggests will be the path to more profit. That has nothing to do with ideologies beyond simple amoral greed.

As far as I've read, Disney executives chose to fund the bigoted irrational legislation. Employees found out and complained. Now, the executives want the public to think the company didn't support the legislation — to pacify the employees and get good press. The money Disney gave to fund the legislation helped to get it passed, so Disney is trying to pretend its executives had the opposite agenda.

Pretty much this. The problem I see with most American centrists and conservatives is that their view of the left comes entirely from the corporate centrists on the DNC and the GOP's delusions and lies about it.

The actual American left, pointed out this weeks ago: They know Disney is peak hypocrisy and that their "progressive" agenda is a marketing ploy to get rich liberals to feel good about consuming their properties but where it really matters, not just Disney but every single corporation will side with the outright bigotry and just pretend to be surprised and hurt later on when they're the ones directly funding the politicians passing these draconian laws.

The actual left knows all corporations are the enemy, they just know better and question Capitalism as the system that enables them instead of falling back in racist conspiracy theories about 'International bankers' from the Nazi playbook like the right does.

Hooker's research in from the 50s, the first to not use a polluted sample to reach an illusory correlation, is definitive. It proves that homosexuality is not a problem in need of a solution. That means the only objections to homosexuality are religious (I.e. fantasy-based) and cannot be legislated according to the first amendment of the US constitution.

We agree on the last paragraph completely, but I think you took a lot of liberties with what wiyosaya actually said.
