C compute1 Posts: 30 +0 Oct 9, 2010 #3 Hi, spoke to soon its still doing it i got it to stop when i clicked the start button but its still there when clicking on folders, i went through the control panel>sounds and audio>sounds but cant find an option to turn it off there. any help plz

SNGX1275 Posts: 10,615 +468 Oct 9, 2010 #4 Could be the 'start navigation' sound, set that to none, or just turn all sounds off. Just to be clear, this is a sound coming from the speakers right? (as opposed to the computer itself)
