Windows 11 is getting a revamped Start Menu

How can the comparatively small teams at ZorinOS and Stardock create start menus and explorer toolbars that are ten times better than Microsoft's dreadful effort?
I'd be ashamed to say I was on the team that developed the Windows 11 start menu.

This is a welcome update! The new Start Menu changes in Windows 11 seem focused on improving both usability and integration. With features like the Start menu Companions and Phone Link panel, users will soon get quicker access to notifications, calls, messages, and even iPhone integration, all directly from the Start menu. It’s great to see Microsoft moving toward a more personalized and connected interface. These enhancements could finally make the Start menu feel like a true productivity hub rather than just a launcher.

How, about fixing that major update you issued in October 2024, that won't allow me to reboot after getting it? Worthless, greedy Microsoft!

Oh yes! The joy. Finally a reason to upgrade/downgrade from W10!!

Welldone. This is quite an achievement for MS. Comparatively speaking.

Sorry MS but in my opinion the proverbial "too little too late" applies and unless you REALLY step up your no-more-user-hostility game (which btw would still be VERY late) my upgrade to Win 11 will not happen.
I'll stick with my swap to Linux and/ór MacOS plan. FOR NOW.
Regain my trust and maybe...just maybe...
Lol, you stick with your Linux and MacOS, while the rest of us actually enjoy doing something useful on our machines.

Name ONE "useful thing" you (and the rest of "us"...whoever those are) do on your Win 11 machine that I don't or even cannot do on a Linux or MacOS box.(which btw, I don't have).
Have A Great Day, Jarenien
