Anti-Spyware Recommendations?

If I install Spyware Blaster, do I need any other anti-spyware programs? Currently have Spybot, Ad-aware & Ewido,but would prefer to prevent the invasion of spyware, instead of cleaning it up after the fact. Thanks.

By all means install Spyware Blaster, but keep your existing antispyware programmes as well.
