Anybody have a defective IBM Thinkpad T20/T21/T22/T23?

Anyone have a defective IBM Thinkpad model T20/T21/T22 or T23 lying around?
I'm only looking for the complete "Left-arrow" cursor key (at the right bottom), but if you have a whole keyboard lying around, I'd be interested as well.
Language-layout is irrelevant.

Sorry, forgot to say i had a look for it in my garage at 1.30 ish am thismorning and the 1 i have is a model 9545. I dunno if its any use to ya, its definately an old thing.

Just had another look at it and it says 755cd on it too. It doesnt work at all as the screen is smashed up, i just kept in incase anyone ever needed parts from it.

Thanks Rik for looking, but it's unfortunately not compatible with my T23.

Update 27/08/06: got a new keyboard, problem sorted.
