Apple responds to bent iPhone 6 Plus phenomenon, says only nine people have contacted them

Goodness gracious get over the friggen apple vs android/samsung thing.
It's simple, there is an issue with bending of the 6plus just like some users report their Galaxy S5 get's too hot. Facts are facts. Stop propagating this fanboy nonsense.

PS. Samsung have queues outside their doors before a launch too btw. Just because people line up doesn't make them drones. It's nice and exciting to have fresh new gear. Whether you opt for a Mercedes or a Lexus, what is the actual difference, they both have strong point's.

With this new trend of large thin phones this can happen to any phone these days. I'm neither a proponent for Apple or Android phones they both have their pluses and minuses. What I don't like is a flimsy phone which is how they are all seem to be made lately. I prefer a brick so I put a case on everything and then don't need worry about it.

This is being blown out of all proportion. I'm no iFan but I do concede Apple products are good quality and if this was going to be a problem it would've been discovered early on during it's development. The people who manage to bend their phones are probably just iGorillas or they're suffering from some type of Munchausen Syndrome towards tech stuff.

My flip phone bends real good, especially when I finish a call and put it back in my pocket. Then when I answer a call, I unbend it and talk to the person who's calling. My phone is so cool that it even answers when I unbend it. I don't know what everybody is complaining about here. Phones that bend are the coolest phones.

Don't put phone in "skin tight" pants pockets and/or take phone out of pocket before sitting down. Problem solved. Then you wont have pressure on phone to cause it to bend.
I think I'm gonna go back to the Nokia 3310 phone. You could run the thing over with a dump truck and it would just laugh at you with its indestructibility.
