hey i'm new to the boards, I was referred to this place by a friend, told me i could get some help here.
Anyway I just finished building my new rig, don't want to list all the specs here since i'm lazy but i'm pretty sure i installed everything properly.
the problem goes as follows
when i flip the power switch on my power supply to the ON position, my pc starts but there is no beep, and nothing else happening, after a few seconds, the computer shuts off. the monitor doesn't load and i can't figure out what the problem is.
I've taken out the ram and video card as well ast he harddrive to see if it was any of those, but so far nothing.
i'm worried it may be the CPU which i hope it isnt. it could also be the mobo but maybe someone else can help me out here.
