So I've had an ATI 9200 Radoen SE by Sapphire, and this was a gift for me, I do as instructed and experience in taking out the old card, putting in the new one, bla bla, you kno the proceedure, and after it's all installed, the drivers from the cd are installed...everytime there is black or a darker colour on the screen, I get blue dots all over this darker colour, when it's a solid black screen I get red dots all over the screen..
anybody got any ideas on what I could do so I can get rid of this, it's really getting annoying ctually I can't do anthing on the computer without these dots being everywhere
