Benchmarking Free to Play: World of Tanks, Dota 2, PlanetSide 2 and League of Legends Tested

War Thunder would be pretty cool to see benchmarks of. Especially at higher resolutions.

That's complete bullcrap, I have a mid-high end PC and I got full 60 on max at full hd res in WOT. (altough my fps went up only after I bought an i5 and a gtx660, but mostly the gpu made the difference).

exactly it makes no sense for some reason it runs great on some PCs also on some crappy laptops while it runs like **** on other good PCs

got a friend with old dual i3 and ATI 6470m laptop gets higher FPS than me with AMD phenom x4 965 and ATI 5850 the thing is it only use 15% to 40% of my GPU only at MAX and only 1 core at 80% load on CPU the rest is sleeping around 5%

Thy said in patch 9.0.0 thy will change the physics engine and it WILL have a multicore support so Steve will need to make a new benchmark for us :p

Meh, it's not just the physics, it's WoT's middleware used in their BigWorld engine that is pretty much not threaded at all. This is funny, considering that Wargaming owns the maker of BigWorld for quite some time now, yet they couldn't come up with an upgrade (why make the purchase in the first place if not to get something better.than what you already have?).

PS2 has had a fairly massive update in the last 2 months, including some major fixes to CPU issues, so AMD run a lot better and start to put more load on the GPU as well, so you get better framerates (ALT+F) away from the Warpgate start areas.

well worth a revisit, so you can add to your next review of Warframe!!

I love Hawken, fast paced action. Its the only game I've played in the past year, and thats with all the bugs and balance changes its gone through. It's just now starting to round itself out. I've put about 500 hours in it and about 90 bucks on cosmetics. I intend to spend more once they release the patch. It's a bit tough on the older GPU's such as a 570ti. I had to upgrade to a 660 to get decent frames. Great game guys.
