Best AGP 4/8x card for 75$ and under?

Hi i need to get an idea of whats the best price / performance ratio for a agp card out there.

Im goin for below 75$
256mb 128bit (atleast)
maybe ddr2?
With a good fan/heatsink (i dont realy trust silent coolers)
1650 gpu and 6800xt gpu's are lookin good.
Fast Core / Memory clocks.

Just link the card that you think is the best match for me, thanks alot!

BTW: my system is a:
Pentium 4 1.6ghz
1gb RDRAM dual channel
agp 4x slot (i know now that agp 4/8x cards run fine in it)

What brand and model of motherboard. What card have you been using?
Those boards with Rambus memory need special attention.

Chipset: i850
Graphic interface: Agp 2.0 Max Supported: 4x
Memory: 1gb (2x512mb) of PC800-45 RDRAM
Current video card: Geforce 2 mx200

Im going to use my future video card for gaming, nothing too intense(graphic wise) just WoW and CoD2.
