BIOS can't detect Primary Master IDE

I was transferring files to an external hard drive and some errors popped up and said that Windows was shutting down.

Now BIOS can't detect the Hard Drive!!!

XP Pro won't start...

I tried all the troubleshooting I could. I tried reinstalling XP pro... I tried running safe mode... None of this works...

The hard drives are new and I don't understand why it can't detect them... In advance Fast Build BIOS it says that the partitioned hard drives are functional and It displays the name Stripe -------

Don't know what to do!!!
