Well i turned on my pc and the screen said this.

BIOS ROM checksum error

INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

So I went to the bios manufacturers web site and on the site it says.

The checksum of the BIOS code in the BIOS chip is incorrect, indicating the BIOS code may have become corrupt. Contact your system dealer to replace the BIOS.

How do I replace the bios on my system, because I built it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first off, i'd like to point out that ecs (with the exception of a few models) makes pretty crappy motherboards that often fail like this. you can see whether the battery has gone dead, or download bios updates from the ecs website.
